Common questions

Can I bring my own file? +

Yes. Send a .stl or .3mf to prints@layerhaus.com with the size and color, and I will quote you in under 24 hours.

What materials do you use? +

PLA+ as the default, with PETG available for outdoor or heat-resistant parts. All from Bambu Lab, fresh sealed spools.

How do I pay? +

Card, Apple Pay, or cash on pickup. Payment link is sent after the print is ready.

Do you ship? +

Yes, USPS Priority within the US. Pickup is always free and faster.
